James was patient with us while we worked to fix up our house to get ready to go to market (it took several months for us due to my work schedule and trying to do the work myself to keep costs down). He came over whenever we asked and was able to provide recommendations of where best to spend our money to get a better return on investment. When some of the work was outside the scope of what I knew how to do, he had several contractors he trusted and recommended which helped a lot.
When it came time to finally put our home on the market, he lined up 17 showings on the first date and we had multiple offers. He helped us narrow down the offers to to what made the best sense for us and walked us through the process. When the buyers backed out, he had us back on the market and under contract again within 24 hours.
We had some hiccups dealing with the VA (on the buyer's end) and James not only kept calm, but more importantly was able to keep me and my wife calm while moving the process moving forward and we closed on schedule.
I felt like James had our best interests in mind throughout the entire selling process and strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent who will go the distance for your. Thank you James.

Agent Joe Marchio was extremely helpful and reliable throughout the entire process of purchasing my home. Joe set-up numerous showings in various towns throughout Florida. Some of these showings Joe had to drive a lengthy distance ( 2 hours away). Joe was very honest and forthcoming even if it meant losing out on a sale. Even after agreeing on a purchase price with the seller Joe assisted with so many other tasks such locating inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and so much more. What impressed me the most throughout the entire process was the day of the closing Joe insisted on being at the closing. Also, prior to the closing he insisted on joining me with the walk thru inspection of the home. I have purchased other homes in the past and once the sales are completed the real estate agent moves on to other customers. Not Joe, he was there from the beginning all the way to the end. I would highly recommend him as real estate agent.
